I’m Kelsey, a counsellor and psychotherapist plus yoga teacher
working in private practice in Sydney, Australia:

I would love to connect with you, to see you and hear you, to help you manage any number of concerns. Through our connection, I hope to help you connect with yourself. To be able to connect with the people you love and care about in your life. To connect with your purpose or sense of meaning in your life.

I have a special interest in working with women at any point in their journey towards and during motherhood. That includes: fertility issues, pregnancy, post partum depression, post partum anxiety, identity issues and parenting.

I can also help you with your stress, anxiety, depression, health issues and their impact on your life, trauma and / or relationship problems.  We will work together to deepen your self awareness, self compassion and increase the amount of choices available in your life.

I use an integrated approach to psychotherapy which draws on a variety of modalities including:
