I’m Kelsey, a counsellor / psychotherapist & a yoga teacher
working in private practice in Sydney, Australia:

I would love to connect with you, to see you and hear you and help you navigate this difficult spot in your life.

I have a special interest in deep healing work, taking you beyond the standard cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) strategies and tools, into the core of what troubles you. I am passionate about helping you find satisfying relationships, set boundaries and find a solid sense of yourself.

I can also help you with your stress and anxiety and their impact on your life as well as to explore your childhood and how those early patterns show up in your life now. We will work together to deepen your self awareness, self compassion and increase your agency and choice in your life.

I use an integrated approach to psychotherapy which draws on a variety of modalities including:
