Join Kelsey (yoga teacher) and Galina (meditation teacher) for a 2-hour yoga & art workshop to balance your lower three chakras (root, pelvic and navel). These energy centres govern our stability, strength and confidence; they correspond to the legs, hips and core. Through a targeted yoga practice, we will explore our ability to feel grounded, creative and powerful.
After yoga, enjoy freedom of creative expression through the studying and drawing of the chakra symbols (or yantras) using oil pastels on paper. Let go your fears, find your sense of inner power and take home 3 beautiful drawings! Meditating on these symbols balances your body and mind and grounds you in life.
